Biography of Lara Dutta
Lara Dutta is an Indian model and actress, as well as a Goodwill Ambassador and Miss Universe 2000.
She was born on April 16, 1978, in Ghaziabad, near Delhi, in the state of Uttar Pradesh, to a Punjabi father, L. K. Dutta, a retired air force wing commander, and Jennifer Dutta, a Scottish woman. Lara also has two sisters.
In 1981, her family moved to Bangalore, where Lara later completed her high school education before attending the University of Mumbai, where she studied economics.
