          Biography: Ronn Carroll had been a bit part actor, and he was 'discovered' by director/producer Sean S. Cunningham to take the role as Sgt.

          Tierney in Friday the 13th (1980). Ronn Carroll is actually a veteran actor of stage and has never been far away from it.

          Last week I began a two-part survey of musicals from the '80s and '90s that were not commercially recorded.

          In recent years, Ronn Carroll has been seen in numerous on and off Broadway productions worldwide, such as Steel Pier, The Rink, Annie Get Your Gun, A Man of No Importance and Oklahoma!

          Carroll has also co-starred in a number of Cunningham's other films, including Spring Break (1983), House (1986) and House 2 (1987) and Deep Star Six (1989).
