MUVHANGO actress Millicent Mothiba has landed a lead role in Limpopo's first drama series, Black Widow, which will be aired on e.tv soon.

The local production is a short drama about a heartbreaker and womaniser.

Mothiba plays the black widow Palesa while theatre actor Zwovhonala Farisani plays the heartbreaker who falls in love with the woman of his dreams.

She seems to be his perfect match in every way.

But being alike is the one thing that threatens their future.

"This role is a quite a big achievement.

I saw myself grow by working among talented people. Palesa is different from what people are used to seeing me perform," says Mothiba, who plays Agnes Mukwevho on Muvhango.
